How can I place an order?
It’s simple: choose your item, select your size if it’s not a one size and proceed to checkout.
You’ll receive an e-mail confirmation right after the purchase and another one when your order will be shipped.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can adjust or cancel it.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to Europe and United Kingdom.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by destination and chosen option:
- Italy Standard: 2–6 business days
- Italy Express: 1–4 business days
- Europe Standard: 4–9 business days
- Europe Express: 2–6 business days
- International Standard (UK, Switzerland, Norway): to

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen option of shipment.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, as soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return an item?
Unfortunately, returns are not possible for now.
Can I exchange my size?
Unfortunately, size exchanges are not possible for now.
Be careful to read the size indications before placing your order.
What can I do if I receive a damaged item?
If you received a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately and please attach photo proofs.
In these cases, return shipping is on us, and you’ll receive a replacement or a full refund as soon as possible.

Are the colors accurate to the photos?
We photograph our garments in natural studio lighting.
