Shipping Times
Shipping times vary by destination and chosen option:

• Italy Standard: 2–6 business days
• Italy Express: 1–4 business days
  
  
• Europe Standard: 4–9 business days
• Europe Express: 2–6 business days
  
  
• International Standard (UK, Switzerland, Norway): to be defined when the order is placed
• International Express (UK, Switzerland, Norway): to be defined when the order is placed
  

Delivery times may vary based on customs, local carriers or external factors outside our control.

During product launches or restocks, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

Local Pick-up
Local pick-up is available if your order from Italy and it has no additional cost. The product will be available for the pick-up usually in the next 24 hours.

Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address
If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, the package may return to us.
We can reship it, but additional shipping costs will apply.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)
International customers may be subject to customs fees or import taxes.
These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer.
