Returns & Exchanges

  • Can I return an item? 

    In compliance with applicable European consumer-protection legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason, under the following conditions:

    Withdrawal Period: You may return the goods within 14 calendar days from the date you receive them. 

    How to Withdraw / Return: To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us (via email at apparel@ikigai.media) before the 14-day deadline. After sending the withdrawal notice, you have an additional 14 days to return the goods. 

    Condition of Goods: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition (including original packaging, labels, tags).

    Return Shipping Costs: Unless otherwise agreed, return shipping costs are borne by the customer. The cost of standard shipping initially paid by the customer should be refunded if the full order is returned.

    Refund: Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, we will refund all payments received — including the original shipping cost — without undue delay and within at most 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw. 

    Exemptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain categories of goods or services (e.g. sealed goods if unsealed after delivery, per Directive exceptions).

  • Can I exchange my size? Unfortunately, size exchanges are not possible for now. Be careful to read the size indications before placing your order.

  • What can I do if I receive a damaged item? If you received a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately at apparel@ikigai.media and please attach photo proof. In these cases, return shipping is on us, and you’ll receive a replacement or a full refund as soon as possible.
